What we collect
Company request form: company, contact name, work email, phone/WhatsApp, site location, arrival date, estimated duration, number of people, optional comments.
Property owner form: name, phone/WhatsApp, email, city, property type, number of bedrooms, furnished or not, desired rent, charges.
Technical and campaign data: language, page, date and, if you arrive from an ad, the campaign parameters in the link (utm_*, fbclid).
Why we use it
To answer your request, contact you by phone, email or WhatsApp, propose suitable housing or discuss your property, and manage our business relationship. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Advertising measurement (Meta Pixel), if enabled, only runs with your consent.
Who receives it
Our team and the providers that help us run the service: [CRM provider, e.g. Airtable], [hosting provider], WhatsApp (if you write to us there) and, with your consent, Meta (advertising measurement). Some providers may be located outside the European Economic Area; in that case transfers rely on appropriate safeguards.
